World Satellite Business Week ended in Paris
During September 12-16 there was The World Satellite Business Week in Paris. This forum has be held annually and is one of the most important event for the satellite industry. The organizer is Euroconsult.
15th World Summit for Satellite Financing, which was held within the framework of the forum, gathered satellite operators, satellite and launch vehicle manufacturers, satellite services providers, and also the representatives of the largest insurance companies and banks. Dmitriy Sevastiyanov, Gazprom Space Systems’ Director General, spoke at the Summit.
At the annual Symposium on Earth Observation Business, which also was held within the framework of the forum, top managers and delegates of the companies from different countries, representing the whole value chain of the Earth observation – from manufacturers to satellite operators, and also consumers of EO data and services, exchanged views and expectations for future. Nikolay Sevastiyanov, GSS Designer General, participated in the Symposium with a report.
