June 28, 2012 annual meeting of Gazprom Space Systems shareholders took place. Dmitriy Sevastiyanov, Director General, made a presentation about Gazprom Space Systems’ activities in 2011. Vita Matskaylo, Chief Accountant, presented an accounting statement for 2011.

June 28, 2012 annual meeting of Gazprom Space Systems shareholders took place. Dmitriy Sevastiyanov, Director General, made a presentation about Gazprom Space Systems’ activities in 2011. Vita Matskaylo, Chief Accountant, presented an accounting statement for 2011.

Shareholders approved Gazprom Space Systems’ annual report and financial statement of the year 2011.

The Board of Directors and Internal Audit Commission were elected. «PRIMA audit. PRAUD Group» was appointed as the auditor firm.


Gazprom Space Systems is one of the two Russian national satellite operators and is part of a group of about fifty satellite operators existing in the world
