The directors of Sat-Space Africa and Gazprom Space Systems have signed a new Contract in accordance with which Sat-Space Africa doubled the amount of leased capacity on Yamal-402 satellite. This capacity will allow Sat-Space Africa and its customers to expand its capabilities to provide high-quality Internet access for the countries of Southern Africa.
According to the Contract Sat-Space got the Yamal-402 satellite capacity in Southern Beam, which covers Sub-Sahara Africa and also Steerable Beam pointed over Angola, Namibia, Congo DRC, Congo, Zambia, Tanzania and neighboring countries.
