Dmitriy Sevastiyanov, Director General, made a report about Gazprom Space Systems’ activities results in 2012. Vita Matskaylo, Chief Accountant, presented an accounting statement for 2012.
Shareholders approved Gazprom Space Systems’ annual report and financial statement for 2012.
The Board of Directors and the company’s Internal Audit Commission were elected. The FBK company was approved to be the auditor.
The annual report shows an income of 2.468 million rubles (81.3 million USD) in 2012 that is more by 11.3% than in 2011. This income was derived from capacity and services provision based on Yamal-201, Yamal-202 and Astra 1F satellites, geoinformation services and satellite communication and TV networks deployment.
The main result of the company’s investment activities was the launch of the two new satellites Yamal-300K and Yamal-402. This increased the capacity of the company’s orbital constellation by 2.5 times. Moreover the new Mission Control Center and Telecommunication Center facilities were put into operation.
