The size of the authorized capital of Gazprom Space Systems makes 65 683 400 rubles which is separated into 656 834 ordinary registered shares with a par value of 100 rubles. Shares of Gazprom Space Systems do not circulate outside the Russian Federation.

Gazprom Space Systems is one of the two Russian national satellite operators and is part of a group of about fifty satellite operators existing in the world
