Gazprom Space Systems at Turkmentel 2011 show
September 16 in Ashkhabad a telecommunication, telemetry, informational technologies and TV/radio broadcasting equipment exhibition Turkmentel-2011 was finished. The event was organized by the Ministry of Communications and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. Gazprom Space Systems (GSS) took part in the show with its own exposition.

The event was organized by the Ministry of Communications and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. Gazprom Space Systems (GSS) took part in the show with its own exposition.
Gazprom Space Systems presented the project of the orbital constellation development and showed the possibilities of future Yamal-300К, Yamal-401 and Yamal-402 satellites, the launch of which in 2012-2013 will give additional capacity for communications and TV broadcasting development in Turkmenistan.
Now five national TV channels of Turkmenistan are broadcasting via Yamal-201 satellite operated at the 90E orbital position.
