Yamal-202 Satellite is still in demand in the Middle East

New contract, signed at CABSAT-2015 exhibition in Dubai for Yamal-202 satellite capacity use, evidences that, Yamal-202 is still popular in the Middle East, despite some slowdown in demand for satellite capacity in the region.

Globecomm, one of the leaders in the sphere of different satellite telecommunications services provision worldwide, signed contract with Gazprom Space Systems for additional Yamal-202 capacity to develop the company business in Afghanistan.

Globecomm is one of the biggest Gazprom Space Systems clients, which have been using Yamal-202 satellite capacity for ten years and now actively developing its presence on Yamal-402 too.
