The network servicing Gazprom Group accounts about 300 ground stations. As a rule, they are located in the regions of Gazprom business activity. Many of them work in severe climatic conditions, and some are located beyond the Arctic Circle.
Another network segment is the ground stations built for other customers but controlled by Gazprom Space Systems technical means. Among these customers - the Education Support Fund running the project «Russian Gymnasium Union».
